How PulseMail handles your email
Understand what PulseMail accesses, how AI processing works and what choices you have over your data.
Account access
Connecting an inbox gives PulseMail access to the account data needed for its email features: messages, headers, attachments, labels and drafts. The Privacy Notice explains what is processed and why.
PulseMail's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI processing
PulseMail does not use connected email content to train generalized AI models. PulseMail does not use connected email content for advertising and does not sell it.
AI tasks may involve external services. See the current provider details, processing conditions and safeguards in the Privacy Notice.
Access and protection
Personnel access is limited to authorised purposes, including support with your permission, investigating security or technical issues, legal obligations and protecting rights and safety. PulseMail uses measures including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No service can guarantee perfect security.
The waitlist is hosted in the EU and may be accessed from Hong Kong. Service providers may process data in other countries. Read the hosting, provider and transfer details.
Your data choices
Read how to disconnect an account, request deletion and understand the applicable retention periods. Live-system deletion and backup retention are different; the Privacy Notice explains the limits.
Website analytics
Website measurement runs with your permission, without analytics cookies. You can change your choice in Analytics preferences in the footer. The website does not track you across other websites.
