Notion Mail alternative

Your next inbox should do more.

PulseMail features shown here are planned for the full release. Current beta availability may differ.

One organised inbox. Complete file management. Large-file sharing. Meet the full-release plan for PulseMail.

Moving on from Notion Mail?

Notion announced that its Mail inbox would close on 22 September 2026. Its former Mail product page now redirects to the Notion workspace. This page is about an alternative inbox, not a comparison with Notion's workspace or email agents.

Notion's former Mail help page

  • All your email. One inbox.

Bring your email accounts together in one organised place.

  • Conversations. Not chaos.

Follow the discussion and keep track of what matters.

  • Pulse Files. Complete file management.

Find, organise and manage your files alongside your email. Keep useful files ready to use again.

  • PulseSend. Large files, easily shared.

Share large files from the same place you manage your email.
